At the time of opening, Paul was already one of the most highly respected property professionals in the area with 15 years experience working for other local companies selling property. Within three months of opening, Adams & Jones Estate Agents became the leading independent estate agent in the area and in 2004 were shortlisted for the highly coveted Estate Agent Of The Year Awards.
In 2005 Adams & Jones letting department was opened and is now one of the leading letting agents in the area offering a range of services from a basic tenant find to full property management.
Our company philosophy is simple – to provide a first class personal service to all our clients, assuring their future recommendations. We do this by offering an accompanied viewing service, feedback to sellers after every visit, extensive local advertising and providing constant communication and advice throughout the whole process. When we have agreed a sale, we “vet” the purchasers to ensure they have the financial ability to proceed and thoroughly check every link in the chain to reduce the possibility of any problems later on.
