Promotion of high standards of service have always been paramount. Paul has been actively involved with the National Association of Estate Agents for many years and was Chairman of the Leicestershire branch for three years.
Becki joined her Dad's business soon after leaving university a few years ago and soon became an invaluable part of the team. Her enthusiasm for property and dedication to selling is impressive. In 2012 she successfully completed her Technical Award in Residential Sales through the National Association of Estate Agents.
Matt joined the team in 2012 after having already forged a successful career in estate agency since leaving university. Matt is well known for his friendly, professional and extremely honest approach. He is often seen still beavering away in the office till the late hours and the combination of his and Becki's input has resulted in record sales figures over the last few years!
Jenny has been a key member of the team for over ten years now and is technically qualified by the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Her dedication and thorough service has resulted in us becoming one of the leading lettings agents in the area. Offering anything from a basic tenant find service to full property management, we rarely find any of our rental properties being available for more than a couple of weeks.
Janet looks after our sales between the point of them being agreed until completion. A dedicated and highly experienced property professional she is renowned for offering cheerful friendly advice and exceeding service expectations and communications through, occasionally, fraught negotiations. We cannot stress enough how important good after sales contact is to successfully seeing a property sale through to completion. Over the last few years Janet’s percentage of sales falling through between exchange and completion has ranged between 12% and 15%. A national average is 29%!
Sarah has been working in estate agency locally for many years now.
