Location, location, location!

Both of our branches are centrally located.  Market Harborough has a double bay windowed frontage enabling us to display most of the properties there most of the time. In both Market Harborough and Lutterworth we have externally operated ‘Touchscreens’ so customers can view and request details any time of the day or night.


Opening Hours!

Our opening hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays.  We do, however, accommodate out of hours viewing appointments wherever possible.

Accompanied Viewings

All viewings are accompanied unless requested otherwise. From our experience we find that the vast majority of buyers prefer to be escorted by the agent as opposed to the vendor. It also means that we can guage the interest and gather feedback for you whilst it is fresh in the prospective buyers mind. All staff are professionally trained and will follow any specific instructions that you have to the letter. We guarantee that we will provide feedback within 24 hours of the viewing taking place.


Local Advertising

Despite the increasing use of the internet the local newspaper still serves as an important source of prospective buyers. A prominent local advertising campaign is included within our fee structure. We have excellent relations with the editorial departments of the local press, often resulting in useful exposure within the property supplements.
